Origin
Mesh Yard Core grew out of repeated late-night calls with Taiwanese retailers whose storefronts looked fine while warehouses and payment ledgers quietly disagreed. We formed the practice to give commerce and engineering leads a shared map before anyone rewrites a platform.
Working approach
We begin with systems you already run. Assessments stay vendor-neutral. Remediation recommendations favor small, buildable slices: idempotency guards, reservation windows, feed mapping tables, and clearer ownership of order identity.
People and place
Consultants work from ShenKang in Taichung and remotely with teams across Taiwan and nearby markets. On-site workshops are available when travel is arranged. We speak the language of merchandisers and warehouse leads as readily as API contracts.
