Refund Policy

Scope
This policy covers consulting engagements offered by Mesh Yard Core, including assessments, workshop series, and architecture or mapping work. This website does not sell physical goods and does not process payments online.
Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the engagement agreement and how much work has started. Deposits and fees paid under a signed statement of work follow the timelines below unless the agreement states otherwise.
Timeframe
- Cancellation more than fourteen days before the kickoff date: full refund of prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable travel costs already approved in writing.
- Cancellation between fourteen and seven days before kickoff: fifty percent refund of prepaid fees.
- Cancellation within seven days of kickoff or after work has begun: prepaid fees are generally non-refundable for work already scheduled or delivered.
Partial refunds
If an engagement is shortened by mutual written agreement after kickoff, unused workshop days may be credited or partially refunded based on hours not delivered. Deliverables already accepted remain payable.
Non-refundable items
Completed readout workshops, delivered written assessments, and third-party costs approved by the client (such as booked travel) are non-refundable.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule with at least seven days’ notice is typically allowed without fee. Client no-shows for scheduled workshops may forfeit that session’s fee. We will propose a makeup slot when capacity allows.
Work already started
Once flow tracing, interviews, or drafting has started, fees covering that phase are due even if the remaining phases are cancelled.
Refund process and timing
Send refund requests to info@mesh-yardcore.digital or call 886-4-25627649 with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days where the payment provider allows.
